We love the beauty of real wood veneers on a slab-style door.  We love the look so much we built a company on it.  We love it precisely because no two kitchens -- no two doors, actually -- are exactly alike.  Real wood is a product of nature, and we don't get to tell nature exactly what we want it to look like.  So the finished product is always a surprise.  Always unique.  Every tree is unique, and so is every piece of veneer.

Suffice it to say, we love wood.

But what if you're not ok not knowing what your finished project will look like?  Well, we think that's OK.  In fact, it's more than OK.   We offer The Slabtown, our textured laminate door, just for you.

The Slabtown | Textured laminate on our agriboard core.

Modern textured laminates offer some of the unique character of natural wood grain, but do it without the wide variation in pattern or coloration.  We can even grain match textured laminates across doors and drawer fronts, just like we do with real wood veneer.  Most people can't tell it's not real wood, making it a perfect choice for those who want to retain just a bit more control over the outcome of their custom cabinet project.

We'd love to talk with you about your project and to explore the pros and cons of real wood veneers and textured laminate veneers.  Each has their place.  Which one is right for you?

Let us know in the comments or drop us a line.  We'd love to hear from you!
